Just passed Zend PHP 5 Certification Exam

Yesterday I had luck to pass Zend PHP 5 Certification Exam. There are different opinions about difficulty of Zend exam comparing to mock tests. I think they are on quite similar level. There were some tricky questions that require practical knowledge of PHP. It’s one of these situations when you get rewarded for banging your head against a brick wall while trying to solve bugs in PHP code. I used to be skeptical about exams (especially about tests) but it seems it would be hard to pass ZCE with just basic knowledge of PHP. All in all passing Zend Exam made my day!

    Thank you Pete. Yes, I’m really glad to pass ZCE. It saved me disappointment of coming a cropper :-)

    I really wish to take this exam but never got enough courage.

    Can you please share some guides or helping materials for study ?

    I don’t think passing exam is a great deal. I purchased Zend PHP5 Certification Bundle and both Certification Guide and online vouchers helped a lot. Still the main source of information is located at http://php.net and there’s more than enough knowledge to pass exam with no problems. Just give it a try – it’s not hard at all.
